Richard Westall was a British painter, illustrator, and engraver, born on January 2, 1765 in Norfolk. He is known for his portraits of Lord Byron and watercolor book illustrations. He contributed to John Boydell's Shakespeare Gallery and Henry Fuseli's Milton Gallery.
