4 page pamphlet informing customers that the issuing of telephone bills, which stopped due to the strike of 2 unions in 1979 effecting the Post Office computers, was going to be resumed. Customers were also advised that the bills would be larger than usual to account for the time bills were not issued. Text in English with translation into Welsh.
