Broadside.Text continues: "We whose names are subscribed, being determined to use our utmost endeavors to preserve the game in future, do hereby pledge ourselves to each other, that we will spare no pains nor expence, to discover and prosecute the destroyers ... [and] hereby offer a reward of five guineas to any one who will give information of such person or persons ... as witness our hands this 19th day of August, 1797. Thos. Chas.
