The printing of this book was completed in January 1988 by Nicolas McDowall at The Old Stile Press. The Bell type was set by Bill Hughes and the binding is by Woolnough Fine Binding.
"The Main Edition ... consists of 225 numbered copies, signed by the artist. In addition there is a Special Edition ... of twenty-six lettered copies which have, contained in a portfolio, proofs of each of the wood-engravings together with one which does not appear in the book."
