The eight sheets making up part two of this publication were printed at the Colchester Institute letterpress workshop between September 1995 and August 1996. All other sheets pertaining to this publication were printed at David Jury's press in Lawford, between July 1997 and August 1998. The lithographic plates were printed by Simmons of Chelmsford"--Colophon.
