Copy 1 is an author's presentation copy to Joseph Hume; initialled J.H., 1830; ex libris Ernest Tatham of Margaret Mary Richmond; with armorial bookplate of Richard Blackett Beaumont. Copy 1 has an original paper label on its front cover with author's inscription: "not published." In copy 1, there are two copies of plate 16. Copy 2 inscribed Knowsley; with armorial bookplate of the Earls of Derby. Copy 2 is an author's presentation copy to the Duke of Sussex, dated 1831.
