Poems printed at Taller Martín Pescador, Michoacán, Mexico by Juan Pascoe. Etchings done using mezzotint and aquatint, each numbered and signed by the artist, and printed at Taller Cornelio García in Guadalajara by Herculano Alvarez and Cornelio García. In an edition of 50 copies, numbered and signed by the poet, artist, and printers, on Arches paper.
"The binding is designed to break up the continuity of one page following another so that it maintains a random order that it has in the folio. Infiltration was made as a dialogue between words and images. The etchings do not illustrated the poems. The theme running through Infiltration is the conflict of inner and outer worlds. In the etchings this is illustrated with images of hard and soft objects and is also presented visually in the poems through the rift that runs through the typography. (The poems read across the rift")--Artist's statement.
BAC: British Art Center copy is no. 17 of 50, signed by the artist.
