Chancery quarto; 33 lines; area of text: 144 x 89 mm. With woodcut initials; woodcut border on leaf pi2; initial spaces with guide-letters from leaf u2 until the end; paragraph marks and headlines; without catchwords.
Includes 150 woodcut illustrations of plants. Woocut illustration at top of leaf pi2 depicts two men who are identified in letterpress as "Arnoldi de Nova Villa" and "Avicenna."
