By the commissioner Charles Hanbury-Tracy, 1st Lord Sudely of Toddlington. Lord Sudeley was much peturbed by the architect's, Sir Charles Barry, alterations to the Royal Route to the House of Lords, particularly the position of the Royal Staircase and Robing Room. He gave several plans suggesting alternatives.

Drawn on stone by J.D. Harding. Printed by C. Hullmandel." Printed on india paper, with overlay showing alternatives, and a quarto leaf of explanatory letterpress attached.
