BAC: British Art Center copy bound in blind- and gold-stamped maroon publishers cloth. The front cover has a large sunken oval panel surrounded by an ornate gilt border. The panel encloses an oval cut-out gold paper onlay with ornamental raised pink lettering around its perimeter enclosing a ground of gold. Superimposed at the center of the oval are Griset's figure of Rub-a-dub-dub and his uncle Thrum-Thrum-Thrum chromolithographed to a cut-out.
