BAC: British Art Center has two copies. Copy 1 is the Abbey copy. Large paper copy bound in half calf and marbled boards. Copy 2 (36 cm.) is bound in polished gilt-tooled calf, with the gilt-stamped armorial of Lord Cawdor. The plates are bound before the text.
