BAC : British Art Center has 3 copies. Copy 1 is in a slip-case; copies 2-3, which lack the booklet, are in attached covers. The stamping, and color of binding cloth, differ in the covers for copies 2-3. Copy 3 is the Abbey copy, which has been partially re-engraved, and has the bookplate of John Phillimore.
