The illustrations comprise 12 full-page woodcuts signed: I.D., 11 with xylographic captions. The cut on leaf 20 (verso) consists of the words: Ars / mori / endi / with one printed line below it: Cum o[r]ationibus pulcherrimis dicendis circa agonizantem.
Leaf [20] recto: ... Hec de arte moriendi dicta [s]u[ss]iciant.
Gothic type (Proctor 8700A); 36-37 lines. With initial spaces and signature marks; without catchwords and foliation.
Signatures: A-B⁶, C⁸.

BAC Leaf Collection no. 0592: Imperfect: three leaves only. Includes leaf [20], with xylographic title, and two leaves with deathbed scenes ("Temptatis dyaboli de avaricia" and "Bona inspiratio angeli contra avariciam"). With minor hand-coloring. From a collection of fifteenth- and sixteenth-century printed leaves compiled by Frederick Werther, with his enumeration stamped in ink.
