Notes:
Possibly based on an early edition of the lithographed chronological chart of Anglican church architecture, by Francis Bedford. The layout and descriptions of the architectural styles are similar to those of the 5th edition lithograph print published in 1844, yet the illustrated examples vary noticeably and the lithograph print includes information on the Tudor architectural style in addition to the Perpendicular architectural style.
Green pastedown, adhered to the back of the chart, features the handwritten inscription "G. Hacton, Decr. 6th, 1843" in black ink.
Title from text at top of chart.
Mounted on boards, covered in embossed, brown book cloth with green pastedowns.
Chart with illustrated examples of seven different styles of Anglican church architecture. Columns also include the names of the architectural styles, names of monarchs while the style was in practice, and characteristics of the architectural style.
