An unused sheet of 25 gummed and perforated Christmas seals, printed in red, blue, and green, with text: "Season's Greetings 1939." The image on each stamp depicts two adults pulling a child on a small sled through a snow-covered alley of evergreens, with red double-barred cross of Lorraine (the international symbol for campaigns for prevention of tuberculosis, as commonly found on Christmas seals). Issued by the National Association for the Prevention of Tuberculosis (London). The seals were sold for 1/2 d. See: Green.
