A catalogue of the contents of the very valuable copy of Granger's Biographical history of England, illustrated with upwards of 3300 portraits : comprising some of the finest impressions of the works of Elstracke, Delaram, Hollar, Faithorne, the Passes, Loggan, Lombart, and others, many of them of extreme rarity, and a few perfectly unique ; the property of the Dowager Marchioness of Bath, deceased ; which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Christie, at his Great Room, 8, King Street, St. James's Square, on Wednesday, March 15th, 1826, and three following days, at one o'clock precisely : may be viewed two days preceding, when catalogues may be had at Mr. Christie's office, 8, King Street, St. James's Square.

MS inscription on title page: "I purchased a large portion of these prints being the original foundation of my Granger. N." Number 1 of 5 auction catalogs bound together. The volume bound in contemporary half calf; with the armorial bookplate of Baron Northwick.
