- A catalogue of the superb, most valuable and distinguished collection of Italian, Venetian, Flemish and Dutch pictures, antique marbles & bronzes, well known and celebrated throughout Europe : the property of Sir George Yonge, Bart. : containing select and superlatively fine performances of the following great Masters, viz : Salvator Rosa, Annibal Caracci, Pordenone, Pietro da Cortona, Paolo Veronese, Rubens, Vandyke, Guercino, Luca Giordano, Rembrandt, Gaspar Poussin, Claude, Murillo, Borgognone, Canaletti, Rosa Da Rivoli, Teniers, Hobbima, Wouvermans, Old Mieris, Vandervelde, Paul Brill, Paul Potter, Snyders, Fytt, Jan Steen, Metzu, Ostade, &c. : particularly two most magnificent and inestimable pictures of Dioenes and Democitus, by Salvator Rose : and two most rare bustos of Grecian sculpture, on pillars of Egyptian Porphyry, &c. &c. : the whole of which were collected abroad by Boucher Cleeve, Esq. in the early part of the last century, and have remained entire from that period to the present moment, in a perfect state of preservation : which will be sold by auction by Mr. White, on the premises, No, 4, Stratford Place, Oxford Street, on Monday, the 24th, and Tuesday, the 25th of March, 1806, a twelve o'clock.
