The so-called "Modesti De vocabulis rei militaris libellus" is a forgery by Pomponius Laetus or one of his pupils, based upon Vegetius.
The engraved portrait of G. Stewechius on leaf *1v is by Hendrik Goltzius.
Printer's device with motto "Labore et constantia" on all t.p.s.
Adams records the same item twice in two different locations.
