Contents leaf of v. 1 in first state (headed "Contents"). Imperfect: t.p. of v. 1 bled, and printer's imprint cut away; v. 2-3 lack half-titles. Title-page of v. 2, no comma after "Bensley", in printer's imprint. Of the six key-plates, those in v. 1 are in the first state, the two plates in v. 2-3 being in the second state.
