A catalogue of a very interesting and valuable collection of water-colour drawings, by Nash, Shepherd, Whichelo, &c. : illustrative of Pennant's History of London, among which are many views of building no longer extant : likewise portraits in Indian ink of some of the principal characters mentioned in that popular work : to which are added, a small collection of loose engravings, by the best Masters : viz. Audran, Roullet, Bervic, Wille, Strange and Woollett : etchings by Du Jardin and Waterloo : a few books of prints : a set of Boydell's Shakspeare : pictures, books, coins, & astronomical instruments : the contents of an observatory, of a man of science : which will be sold by auction by Mr. Christie, at his Great Room in Pall Mall, on Tuesday, May 2, 1815 and following day, precisely at one o'clock : may be viewed two days preceding and catalogues had in Pall Mall.
