A catalogue of a small but valuable collection of Italian, Flemish, and Dutch pictures : chiefly the property of a Gentleman of Fine Taste, lately retired from his residence in London : they comprise St. Christopher, a Carton, by the early master Cimabue : an elegant composition by Titian : a ditto, by P. Veronese : a Pieta by Guido, in his very fine manner : a poetical subject, by S. Rosa : a whole length portrait, and two other fine gallery specimens by Van Dyck : the original landscape, with fighting bulls, by R. di Tivoli, engraved in Boydell's Gallery : a grand landscape, by Rembrandt, with the figures by Teniers, from the Radstock Collection : a beautiful interior by Terberg, and others by Schiavone, Pordenone, Novellara, Carracci, Domenichino, Guercino, Albano, Mola, S. Rosa, Velasquez. G. Poussin, Rubens, Roterhaemer, Van Harp, Teniers, De Nain, Ruysdael, Stoop : also, a few cabinet pictures of the late Hon. Lord Gwydir, which were omitted in the recent sale of the collection from Grimsthorpe Castle : which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Christie, at his Great Room, No. 8, King Street, St. James's Square, on Saturday, May the16th, 1829, at one o'clock precisely : may be viewed two days preceding, and catalogues had at Mr. Christie's Office, King Street, St. James's Square.

A catalogue of the renowned and valuable collection of Italian, Venetian, Flemish, and Dutch pictures : late the property of John Purling, Esq., deceased .: whose accurate judgment, pure taste and liberality in purchasing, rendered his Cabinet equal to most of the private galleries in Europe, and exhibits a magnificent assemblage of the works of Raphael, Correggio, Carracci, Guido, Domenichino, P. Da Cortona, Pamegiano, Titian, Tintoretto, S. Ricci, P. Veronese, C. Maratti, Claude, Poussin, Murillo, Cuyp, Rubens, Teniers, Wouvermans, P. Potter, Vanderwerff, Vandervelde, Berchem, Ferg, Zuccarelli,Wilson, &c. : including the beautiful picture La Vierge au Peloton, by Guido, well known to have occupied a most distinguished place in the Royal Collection of France : which will be sold by auction (by authority of the executors without the least reserve) by Mr. White, on the premises, no. 68 Portland Place on Monday, the 16th of February, 1801 and following day, at twelve o-clock : to be viewed till the sale, admission of each person by catalogues (only) which may be had at one shilling each at the place of Sale, and of Mr. White, Storey's Gate, Westminster.

A catalogue of the valuable and extensive collection of loose prints & etchings, by old Masters : being the entire collection (the Artist's Prints only excepted) of the late John Hoppner, Esq. R.A. Deceased : together with the Mahogany and other presses which contained them : also a valuable assemblage of about seventy original chalk drawings and landscapes, by that distinguished artist, and a few framed and glazed, by Gainsborough, J. Smith, and Daniell : and about twenty capital pictures, viz : the original portrait of Sir Theo. Mayern, by Rubens, from the Lansdown Collection : and others by Titian, Giorgeone, Tintoretto, P. Veronese, V. Dyck, F. Hals, Sir Joshua Reynolds, and Wilson : which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Christie, at his Great Room, Pall Mall, on Friday the 18th of May, 1810, and following day, punctually at one o'clock.
