Rosa, Han. Carrache, Dominichino, Murillo, And. Sacchi, Carlo Dolci, Albano, Nic. Poussin, Claude, Le Suere, Le Nain, Rubens, Vandyck, Teniers, Rembrandt, Wouvermans, Chef V.D. Werff, Cuyp, Jan Steen, &c. : also, a most capital Madona, with the Bambino, Raphael : the chess-players, by Titian ; Venus and Adonis, a chef d'œuvre, N. Poussin : a sea port, Claude : the interment of a cardinal, by Van Eyke, a picture of great antiquity : Jason with the dragon, by Sal. Rosa, a most extraordinary and capital performance : a selection of original portraits of the most celebrated artists and authors ; miniatures, bronzes of the first class, &c. &c. formed by the late Earl of Besborough, deceased, not less distinguished for his exquisite taste, than for his liberality in collecting : which will be sold by auction by Mr. Christie at his Great Room, Pall Mall, on Thursday, February 5, 1801, and two following days, at twelve o'clock.

2. A catalogue of a genuine collection of about fifty capital pictures : removed from an ancient family mansion in the country, where they have been for upwards of 70 years, and comprising a chef d'œuvre by Carlo Dolci, of Herodias's daughter with the head of John the Baptist, a noble portrait of Charles the First, by Vandyke ; a portrait of Henry the Eighth, an undoubted Holbein ; two rare and perfect specimens of J. De Mabuse ; a small, but beautiful Claude ; a very fine bacchanalian subject, by Jordaens, a pair by Luca Giordano ; two very pleasing compositions, on copper, by Ferg ; two whole-length portraits by Vandyke ; and various cabinet paintings by Murillo, Bourdon, Caliavari, Vanderneer, Schidone, Schalken, Palma, De Neefs, Monamy, F. Lauri, &c. &c. : which will be by auction, by Mr. F. Squibb, at his Great Room, Saville Row, on Saturday, the 16th of July, 1831, at twelve o'clock : to be viewed three days preceding the sale, when catalogues may be had at the room.

Bartolomeo, Domenichino, The Caracci, Caravaggio, Guido, Andrea del Sarto, Guercino, Garofalo, Calabrese, Giotto, Morales, Murillo, Alonzo Cano, Rembrandt, Vandyck, Jan Steen, &c. also, a crucifixion, of large dimensions, in ivory, of exquisite workmanship by Benevenuto Cellini ; a bas-relief of the last supper, in white marble, by Torregiano ; and a small carving in ivory of St. Francis, by Albert Dürer : which will be sold by Mr. Phillips, at Exeter Hall, Strand, Friday, the 27th, and Saturday, the 28th of July, 1832, at one for two o'clock, precisely.

Dolci, Wynants : the entire property of Thomas Emmerson, Esq. forming the elite and most valuable portion of his collection : which will be sold by auction (without reserve) by Mr. Phillips at his rooms, No. 73, New Bond Street, on Friday, the 15th day of June, 1832, and following day, at one o'cloci : may be viewed four days before the sale, at Mr. Phillips's, No. 73, New Bond Street, by catalogues, at one shilling each.
